Megan has dedicated most of her life to dance. As a graduate of the professional teacher training program at Fusion Dance Studio she has successfully completed her examinations at the Associate level in Modern Theatre and Advanced 2 level dancing exams in Modern and Tap with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (I.S.T.D). Megan has extensively trained in dance disciplines including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Commercial Jazz, Hip Hop, Burlesque, Heels dance, Latin Jazz, and Acro. Megan knew from an early age that she wanted to be a dancer and more importantly a teacher. She has trained with several teachers in the city and has taken many workshops with dancers and choreographers visiting the province. Not only has she trained within the city, Megan has travelled all over North America including New York and Vegas to train and stay up to date with the latest trends in dance. Most recently she has received her module one teaching certificate with Acrobatic Arts and is excited to start this new chapter in teaching. When Megan is not teaching classes she is busy coaching Fusion Dance Studios Junior competition team! Megan is a teacher who encourages her student’s technique but aspires to create a class that students will enjoy and always remember.
